Platform for digital upskilling, optimized for mobile and desktop, featuring adaptive learning, Cornerstone integration, and targeted microlearning courses.

Challenge

The challenge

As digital technology continues to evolve, organizations must adapt quickly. The Flemish Government faced this challenge with their diverse workforce: thousands of employees across various departments, each with different levels of digital proficiency.

The focus

They were looking for an effective way to evaluate, track, and improve the digital skills of their employees. Furthermore, the solution had to be linked to Cornerstone, their existing HR system.

The goal

Developing a comprehensive solution for digital upskilling, integrated with their internal system.

Solution

A comprehensive digital skills academy

We launched DigiWijzer, a digital upskilling platform with content structured according to the European DigComp framework, featuring 5 essential digital skill categories.

The content

The courses were developed from beginner to advanced levels. Employees start with a self-assessment and receive personalized training based on their skill level.
Additionally, the platform includes a social wall with digital tips, regulatory updates, and practical insights.

The impact

Integration with Cornerstone, ensuring data remains up-to-date when employees change roles or departments.

Simple onboarding

Together with Xylos, we organized live training sessions to help employees get started.
